1	AACT American Association of Candy Technologists USA/International AACT is a premier professional group of individual technologists, operations personnel, educators, students, business staff and others dedicated to the advancement of the confectionery industry.
2	American Meat Institute USA AMI is a national trade association that represents companies that process 95 percent of red meat and 70 percent of turkey in the US and their suppliers throughout America. Headquartered in metropolitan Washington, DC, AMI keeps its fingers on the pulse of legislation, regulation and media activity that impacts the meat and poultry industry and provides rapid updates and analyses to its members to help them stay informed. In addition, AMI conducts scientific research through its Foundation designed to help meat and poultry companies improve their plants and their products. 3	Calorie Control Council USA / International The Calorie Control Council, established in 1966, is an international non-profit association representing the low-calorie and reduced-fat food and beverage industry. Today it represents 60 manufacturers and suppliers of low-calorie, low-fat and light foods and beverages, including the manufacturers and suppliers of more than a dozen different dietary sweeteners, fat replacers and other low-calorie ingredients.
4	Food Processing Supplier Association FPSA is the largest U.S. association of suppliers of equipment, packaging, ingredients and services to the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing industries.
5	IFT Founded in 1939, the Institute of Food Technologists is a nonprofit scientific society with 22,000 members working in food science, food technology, and related professions in industry, academia, and government. IFT publishes various resources for the food industry, including Food Technology and the Journal of Food Science. IFT also conducts the world's largest annual convention on food grown, processed, manufactured, distributed, and eaten worldwide: the IFT Annual Meeting & Food ExpoSM
